None, but a diploma of vocational studies (DVS) in mechanics and related experience are an asset.
Main Responsibilities
- Advise customers and address their needs over the phone and in store
- Prepare invoices and customer orders
- Other related tasks
Skills Required
- Familiarity with computers and the Google search engine to find the parts requested on supplier websites
- Good customer service
- Knowledge in mechanics (an asset)
